The GCTD-100 is a pretreatment device for the GCOM series gas chromatography analyzers. It is a fully automated, direct-injection, single-channel cold trap enrichment and thermal analyzer. The GCTD-100 uses a combination of pneumatic six-way valves and solenoid valve manifolds in the gas line design, and uses Tenax or activated charcoal adsorption tubes as enrichment and thermal resolution tubes to concentrate traces of VOCs in ambient air, thus lowering the detection limit of the gas chromatography
Software control throughout the process which is simple to operate and easy to use;
Semiconductor refrigeration for the cold trap with a cooling temperature of -15℃ (at room temperature), meeting most of low-temperature enrichment needs;
Direct injection for enrichment and analysis without disassembling the adsorption tube;
Strong versatility, can be used in conjunction with most gas chromatography products;
Automatic back-purge in the gas path to reduce the last sample residue, improving the accuracy of the next measurement and avoiding cross-contamination;
Periodic sampling can be set to realize unmanned online monitoring.
Used in conjunction with a chromatography analyzer or workstation for the detection of trace VOCs in plant ambient air, indoor ambient air and the atmosphere.
