        The Model 2430 Infrared Oil Analyzer is a specialized infrared spectroscopic instrument developed in accordance with Chinese environmental protection standards: HJ637-2018 (Water quality—Determination of petroleum and animal/vegetable oils by infrared spectrophotometry); HJ1051-2019 (Soil—Determination of petroleum content by infrared spectrophotometry); HJ1077-2019 (Fixed pollution sources—Determination of oil smoke and mist in exhaust gas by infrared spectrophotometry). It is designed to detect oil content in surface water, groundwater, industrial wastewater, soil, fixed pollution source exhaust gases, oil smoke, and oil mist.

        Complies with the latest national standards, using true three-wavenumber detection with clear display of infrared spectra, absorbance, and transmittance.

        High-throughput optical system with integrated optical path design tailored for infrared spectroscopy—offering excellent stability and high signal-to-noise ratio.

        Modulated light source extends lamp life and reduces heat generation, improving thermal stability.

        Precision stepper motor controls grating rotation with automatic wavelength calibration for high accuracy and repeatability.

        Proprietary weak signal acquisition circuitry effectively suppresses noise, enhancing detection accuracy and lowering detection limits.

        Automatic report generation upon completion of measurement.

        Flexible operating system supports multiple extraction solvents including carbon tetrachloride, tetrachloroethylene, and S-316.
