        ICP-MS is currently a mainstream product for inorganic element analysis. It features extremely low detection limits, extremely wide dynamic linear range, simple spectral lines, low interference, high analytical precision, fast analysis speed, and the ability to provide isotopic information—making it the most commonly used method in the field of inorganic element analysis. By combining the efficient ionization characteristics of ICP with the sensitive and rapid scanning capabilities of a quadrupole mass spectrometer, it forms a new and powerful technology for elemental analysis, isotopic analysis, and speciation analysis.
