        The GC-6000 gas chromatograph consists of three main systems: injection system, chromatographic system, detection system. Its fundamental principle is to use carrier gas to introduce gaseous or volatile liquid samples into the chromato-graphic column. Different interactions between sample components and the column material enable separation. The separated samples are then detected using different detectors. The system offers high sensitivity, stability, and reliability, making it ideal for the separation and quantitative analysis of various compounds.

      • Features

        High-temperature silanization treatment process significantly enhances anti-contamination and anti-adsorption capabilities. Equipped with independent filaments, extending maintenance cycles.

        Fully electronic gas circuit control with high-precision sensors and proportional valve control, supporting constant pressure and constant flow control modes. Supports split and splitless injection, ensuring excellent repeatability, with control precision reaching 0.001 psi.

        7-inch capacitive touchscreen interface allows real-time access to instrument status, configurations, flow path information, and live chromatograms, providing convenient operation.

        Supports 8 flow modules, including 24 EPCs and 8 MFCs.

        Supports 4 split/splitless injection ports.

        Can install 4 detectors (FID, ECD, FPD, etc.) + 1 mass spectrometry detector.

        The system enables simultaneous signal acquisition from multiple detectors, utilizing cutting-edge electronic components and fully digital data processing to perform quantitative analysis across the detector’s entire dynamic range in a single run.
