        HM-100(III) Heat Tracing Hygronom adopts advanced Dry & Wet Oxygen Technology. It is equipped with solid state electrolytic ceramic sensing system and the core sensor adopts high temperature resistance design (maximum temperature can reach 900℃). It can work in high temperature for a long term. The product owns advantages of high temperature resistance, high measurement accuracy, strong corrosion resistance, fast response and stable performance, etc. It can be installed inside heating box of CMES (hot wet) or cabinet of CEMS (cold dry) for online continuous measurement of humidity and oxygen in different working conditions.

        • Adopt imported sensor, with long service life

          Sensor uses special material, with better corrosion resistance

          Humidity and oxygen can be monitored simultaneously

          Integrate pressure compensation; measurement is free from interference of pressure change

          Integrate temperature protection to prevent cold boot of sensor and cause damage

          Output percentage of humidity and oxygen volume

          Support external trigger function; humidity and oxygen can be calibrated at site

        • Applications

        •        It can be applied in humidity measurement and control in various industries including printing & dyeing, ageing, drying, tobacco, wood, paper-making, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fiber, textile, vegetable &food processing, etc. Matched with CEMS, it can also be used in occasion of dust emission monitoring, monitoring & control in desulphurization & dust removal process of flue gas, etc.
