        GCTD-100 Enrichment Analyzer is a pretreatment device of GCOM series gas chromatography analyzer, which is a kind of single-channel cold trap enrichment and thermal desorption analysis instrument with auto direct sample introduction. GCTD-100 adopts a gas path design combining pneumatic six-way valve with solenoid valve group, and uses Tenax or activated carbon adsorption tube as the enrichment and thermal desorption analysis tube to concentrate trace VOCs in the air, thereby reducing the detection limit of gas chromatography analyzer.

        • Simple operation: adopt software control in the whole process to realize automate the process

          Cold trap adopts semiconductor refrigeration; the cooling temperature of the cold trap is -10℃ (at room temperature), which meets most requirements of low-temperature enrichment

          Direct sample injection is used for enrichment and desorbtion analysis without disassembling the adsorption tube

          Network synchronization interface to simultaneously start chromatographic analyzer or workstation while injecting samples

          Wide versatility: can be matched with most gas chromatography products

          Automatic back blowing of gas path to reduce residue of the last sample and improve the accuracy of next measurement, avoiding cross contamination

          Periodic sampling can be set to realize unmanned online monitoring

        •        Used together with the chromatographic analyzer or workstation for the detection of trace volatile organic compounds in environmental air at factory boundary, indoor environmental air and in the atmosphere.
