        EM-5 Flue Gas Analyzer (Ultra-low range) is a gas analysis product of multi-return optical path on basis of years of accumulated ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy. Based on Ultraviolet Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) and Stoichiometric Algorithm (PLS), the analyzer can measure SO2, NO, NO2, O2, NH3, CO, CO2, Cl2, O3, H2S,HCl, CH3I, CH2O, etc. In addition, our analyzer can configure with self-developed built-in infrared module to measure CO according to customer requirement, which has higher accuracy and reliability, faster response compared to electrochemistry method solves problem of short service life.

        • Features

        • Adopt UV-DOAS and PLS algorithm, low detection limit and small temperature drift.

          NOX content can be directly obtained by measuring NO and NO2.

          without NO2→NO converter.

          Not interfered by particulate matter, moisture and other factors.

          No optical moving parts, with high reliability, vibration has no effect on measurement .

          Employ return optical path and high-quality spectrograph; minimum range can reach 0-20ppm; the minimum detection limit is 200ppb.

        •         Applied in exhaust emission monitoring and process control in coal-fired power plant, garbage power plant, cement plant, glass plant, lime factory, ceramics factory, sintering process, coke oven, desulfurization technology, denitration technology, etc.
