EM-5-HW Continuous Emission Monitoring System is composed by dust monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, and system control & data acquisition & processing subsystem. It can monitor SO2, NOX, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, velocity, etc. Other parameters can be extended as required for special occasions, such as HCl, HF, CO, CO2, humidity, etc. Measured gas passes sampling probe for dust removal, tracing pipe for sampling, and then enters high-temperature gas analysis module (DOAS TDLAS) for analysis and measurement. The system effectively solves the technical problem that moisture absorbs SO2 and causes low measuring result in Condensation Method, thus it has great advantage in low concentration measurement occasion.
